We Don’t Charge You for Personal Injury and Workers Comp Cases unless we win!
There is no fee unless we win your case. GLR generally will not charge fees to clients in personal injury cases while cases are in progress. There’s a standard professional contingency fee arrangement, one-third of the total settlement,* is payable only after our clients’ cases have been won and their settlement has been paid.
Unlike some personal injury law firms, Gendlin, Liverman & Rymer’s contingency fee remains fixed even when cases proceed to litigation.
Occasionally, clients with personal injury cases prefer to pay a straight hourly fee rather than a contingency fee; if you wish this fee arrangement may also be made. A complete fee schedule is available. Fees are calculated prior to deductions for client costs.
Our standard contingency fee in Worker’s Compensation cases is 20% of the total case.
